You can use Lanthorn free. Our one paid product is Lanthorn Plus, an optional $7/month subscription. It is digital software delivered instantly — there is no account to create and no license key; what you receive lands in the Compass file you already downloaded and keep. If a product is defective, doesn't work as described, or simply isn't for you, email us at info@getlanthorn.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email address. We'll troubleshoot with you or issue a refund where appropriate.
Purchases are billed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle; timing depends on your bank (typically 5–10 business days). You can also request help directly through Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net.
Lanthorn Plus is a monthly subscription. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the paid period. Refunds for the current billing period follow the same 14-day approach above.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
