These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Homeland Response Solutions LLC, a Utah limited liability company doing business as Lanthorn (“Lanthorn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of getlanthorn.com, our values-discovery tools, the Daily Compass, and any digital products we offer (together, the “Service”). By using the Service or buying a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Lanthorn provides self-reflection and personal-organization tools and downloadable digital products — including a values-discovery game, the Daily Compass dashboard, and visual theme packs. The tools run in your web browser, and your inputs are stored on your own device, not on our servers.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase products. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. That said, we want you to be happy: if a product is defective, doesn’t work as described, or you’re not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll work with you to fix the problem or provide a refund where appropriate. Refunds for purchases are processed through Paddle. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
When you purchase a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. All content, designs, artwork, code, and trademarks in the Service are owned by Homeland Response Solutions LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homeland Response Solutions LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service or a product will not exceed the amount you paid us for that product in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Homeland Response Solutions LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration section above, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Utah for any matters not subject to arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
